Funds are to be delivered by check, Zelle, or Venmo 3 business days prior to the check-in date.
Once funds have been received, your August lock check-in code will be generated and delivered via email and/or text message image to the responsible party for the rental. It is up to that individual to disseminate the information accordingly.
Additional charges (if incurred upon check-out) are to be paid in the same manner as rental fees. If by check, funds are to be provided in a certified check, no more than 36 hours from check-out.

Every guest (including any dogs) is mandated to use one set of sheets during their stay (towels for dogs). The only exception will be for stays longer than 7 days. Additional fees will be charged for laundering blankets or comforters or the replacement of items if used in a manner outside their intended use. (i.e., taken to the beach or exposed to water.)
Guests are not permitted access to the refrigerator in the garage. This is restricted to Nizich family use only. Guests are free to communicate (and are encouraged) with Marie during their stay, preferably by phone call at (503) 780-4191. After-hours calls will be relayed to in-town assistance with a potential fee for services such as lockouts or, in the unlikely event that authorities have been contacted.
